PAYMENT
The buyer pays for his order during48hours from the moment of pressing the "Checkout" button. If the payment was not made according to this condition, the order will be cancelled.
Order payment methods:
- topping up Privatbank's card account through the cash desk or terminal;
- payment through the payment system INTERCASS
- payment through the payment system WESTERN UNION
- payment via PAY PAL
Replenishment of the card account PRIVATBANK through the cash desk or terminal.
Having chosen this method of payment for the order, our manager will send a payment invoice with all our bank details to the e-mail address you specified. You can make the payment at any bank branch or terminal.
Payment through the payment system INTERKASA
To pay for a purchase in our online store usingINTERKASA, complete your order as usual, and select payment methods INTERKASA (cartoy Visa/MasterCard) and continue placing the order. The system will automatically transfer you to the payment page INTERKASA, where you will see the price of the product and payment instructions.
SHIPPING
The order is sent the next day after payment (as an exception, it is allowed to send the goods no later than three business days after payment).
We offer our customers two delivery methods - delivery service "New Mail" or "Ukrposhtoy".
1. Delivery service"New Mail"
Delivery of "New Post" orders is carried out throughout the territory of Ukraine, except the occupied territories. You should pick up your orders at the pick-up point. The list is separate, please find the address and phone numbers on the "New Post" website.
Delivery cost:
Payment for delivery is made by the buyer upon receipt of the goods. The cost is according to the tariffs of "New Post" which depend on the height and volume of the packaged goods. The minimum tariff is41hryvnia
Attention! Your order is stored in the Novaya Poshta warehouse free of charge only during the current period5working days, including the day when it must be picked up by the recipient.
2."Ukrposhta"
"Ukrpochta" service is designed both for clients from Ukraine and for clients from abroad. You should pick up your orders at the post office.
Delivery cost in Ukraine:
- order to 1000 UAH - the cost of delivery28 UAH;
- order more1000UAH - free delivery.
Cost of delivery abroad:
Ground delivery
- order to 5000 UAH - the cost of delivery 150 UAH;
Air delivery
- order to 5000 UAH - the cost of delivery 200 UAH;
